I am a new yoga teacher and I am teaching a significant number of men which is pretty remarkable in the yoga space! I have been accessing your channel for inspiration ideas and I am thankful for the content you put out. I feel great after doing this short practice.

( i apologize for my English) What a guy, what an energy i frikin love this dude. I started following him for few days and i was complaning in other videos that he has hard starting yoga, but actually i am a lazy person and always finding problems in others but not in me.. but this time i didn't give up because i love the energy from this guy, its like universe send me this so i can work on myself. After few days i already see insane results. Thank you sir for this ❤

Me also. There was a time I thought I was paralyzed from a bad back injury. To this day I'm still extremely blessed and happy just to walk.

This was my first time ever doing Yoga and it's 11pm near bedtime. Felt incredibly relaxed and thankful for everything yet mentally ready to take on the week. So glad I found this channel and I'm going to start doing more following your channel !

Thank you for these videos. I'm a middle aged guy that's been out of condition for some years now. I started following along with this video about a week ago or so, and can already tell a tremendous difference both in how my body feels physically as well as how my mind feels more stable and at ease through the day. Wow, I tried this video at the end of a long work day.. my lower back was so tight and was feeling slight to moderate lower back pain while sitting. I'm 46 years of age, and I just want to feel better. So I was amazed that this was short and quick. Thank you so much.. I look forward to working with you via KZbin videos more often.

Thank you , remembering me that a little bit of yoga exercises is better than nothing! After working in a small hotel in Austria , running up and down with kilos of bedclothes, bedding , just hard work, than at home, after shower, ate a lot, felt old and tired, found your video Did this short exercises, sooo good😊 Must say I ˋ m getting 67 in September

Thank you so much ! After weeks of tight back, calves and hamstrings, finally got it loose with your help in this video. I did this one in the morning while my breakfast was cooking. I feel super energized now. Now i can continue my martial arts practice 🙏🏻

Thank you for this practice, much love and gratitude to you aswell, I'm a women in her early 50's going through the menopause, which is where we find our body changes shape even though we may be doing anything different, I weigh the same but have an added tyre around my waist...I have been doing yoga now for 4 years which has helped me a lot when getting out of bed in the morning as I always used to feel I needed to stretch when I got up, but doing Yoga helps me feel more supple, greetings from Cheshire, England

I tried this for the first time this morning because I was on edge about a doctor's appointment and I thought it couldn't hurt. It was amazing. I feel so relaxed and good. definitely will try to incorporate this into my normal morning routine. thanks a lot

Thank you!! It’s one of my first approaches to yoga! You are a great teacher. Just subscribed! I went through some stressful situations last year + extreme diet and started getting super “toned” and “slim”. I thought I was doing great and turned out I was loosing muscle and many other bad things. I’m so much better now and still on a journey 🫶🏼 I quit alcohol and started living an amazing life. I even started this yt channel to help people change their relationship with alcohol and without paying attention to my health, this wouldn’t have happened. Amazing interview! ❤
