I started following him for few days and i was complaning in other videos that he has hard starting yoga, but actually i am a lazy person and always finding problems in others but not in me.. but this time i didn't give up because i love the energy from this guy, its like universe send me this so i can work on myself. Wow, I tried this video at the end of a long work day.. my lower back was so tight and was feeling slight to moderate lower back pain while sitting. I'm 46 years of age, and I just want to feel better. So I was amazed that this was short and quick. Thank you so much.. I look forward to working with you via KZbin videos more often.

Thank you for this practice, much love and gratitude to you aswell, I'm a women in her early 50's going through the menopause, which is where we find our body changes shape even though we may be doing anything different, I weigh the same but have an added tyre around my waist...I have been doing yoga now for 4 years which has helped me a lot when getting out of bed in the morning as I always used to feel I needed to stretch when I got up, but doing Yoga helps me feel more supple, greetings from Cheshire, England

Thank you!! It’s one of my first approaches to yoga! You are a great teacher. Just subscribed! I went through some stressful situations last year + extreme diet and started getting super “toned” and “slim”. I thought I was doing great and turned out I was loosing muscle and many other bad things. I’m so much better now and still on a journey 🫶🏼 I quit alcohol and started living an amazing life. I even started this yt channel to help people change their relationship with alcohol and without paying attention to my health, this wouldn’t have happened. Amazing interview! ❤
