Thank you for the video review. This game deserves more exposure than it seems to have gotten. It is wonderfully modular game - and yes, it does have a healthy dose of nostalgia going for it. As for the tournament comment - the Core game is perfectly suitable for a tournament. Typically one will have either five characters with minimal gear, or four characters with more gear. The point costs have been adjusted a number of times to reflect the Lessons Learned from the tourney scene. But yes, adding expansions does add a lot more options with characters, Fate deck cards, equipment - as well as two new full Factions (The Evil Horde and come Q1 2024, The Great Rebellion, led by She-Ra). By the way - it is not either grid or measurement; the measurement ruler is an integrated part of the game. Movement is done on the hexes, while ranged weapons and spells is done with the ruler. That is perhaps - IMHO - the most clunky, less intuitive elements of the game.

Thanks so much for all this info! Like we said in the video, we have only gotten it to the table once and it was a while ago so our apologies. Good to know they seem to be really supportive of the game and making new stuff for it!

great video! I found it looking for content while im debating getting in on the new gamefound campaign. I already have everything for the CMON game clash for eternia. but this does look pretty great...........I subbed! Please consider shooting one back my way :)

This is a great game. Too bad it doesn't have normal US distribution. Pretty tight ruleset and great models for what could have just been an easy nostalgia money-grab.

Absolutely agree on that! We have been able to find it in some stores online in the US, but it is sad they didn't have normal distribution. For the price, it is a good buy.
