Thank you so much for these gems. I have shopify free email but I don't think the emails ever went or showed up as spam. Ive only sent 2.

You're welcome! I have never used the Shopify email platform but I would definitely focus on sending more emails. Just think about how man emails you have in your spam folder right now ☹ in addition to who knows where else those emails could have ended up. There is also a chance your customers just haven't opened it yet.
