Yes I tie my hair up faithfully and yes it's time to wash my locs not because they stink but because my scalp is very dry and itchy. Thanks for teaching me how to start and maintain my locs. I also use the products you recommend along with 100% aloe vera juice and gel from my plant. Love your videos.

so what is your take on those of us who have locs that were started via the palm roll and not the comb. Which looks like your style is via the comb and a I must say it looks a lot better than mind at this point I don't see any flat end as I have so I just got to keep moving on until grows more and cut off the flat end. I make bath and body products and made a loc oil for my hair. It has aloe Vera juice and gel, rosemary, tea tree, peppermint, lavender, jojoba oil, neem oil, hemp oil, castor oil, sweet almond oil, aragn oil and vitamin e. What are your thoughts on my mixture? Anything to add or remove? I spray y scalp with this daily. And I wrap my hair.

hello im a cosmology student but ive been doing hair for about 10 years..ive been doing locs for maybe 5. i follow your methods and advice on my clients they all have fairly healthy hair as a result. One of my clients was going to someone else and he said they were cutting his 2 year old locs "pruning them" also cutting around roots i guess for neatness he complained about losing locs as a result of that (of course) but insist on me cutting his locs also i never heard of that. so my question is that healthy? also will you be doing any loc courses bc so many stylist know nothing about locs and clients suffer bc of it people need the knowledge so they can stop damaging these peoples hair.

I need you help. My son is mixed and has Autism. He likes when i comb coil it, and likes the stocking, but to be honest. I'm have no clue what to do, use, or how to lock his texture hair. His crown is ridiculous tight, his edges are straight, it's fine, and full. When wet it's lose, dry it's tight and naturally wants to dread. I've brought him to salons to have it done. I've tried a few times, different places and end up leaving disappointed, with nothing done. Please help.

comb coil it will make his hair more tangled. I've had locs for five years but I'm not mixed. but for a mixed person comb coil will be very tangled. tbh I'd palm roll his locs and put in the clips. nothing less nothing more.
