✨ Welcome to My 30-Day Glow-Up Journey! 🌟
It's finally 2025, and I’ve decided to start the year by pushing myself with a 30-day challenge to build better habits, stay productive, and grow in every area of my life. In this series, I’ll be documenting my morning routines, struggles, wins, and lessons as I aim to wake up at 5 AM, exercise, read books, study coding and math, and focus on personal growth.

Journaling and planning for consistency throughout the journey.
📚 Daily Goals I’m Following in This Journey:
Wake up at 5 AM every day.
Exercise (starting small but consistent).
Read 1 page of the Bhagavad Gita and do mala jaap.
Drink 4 bottles of water.
Journaling every night.
Study math (1 hour) and coding (2 hours).
Practice guitar for 1 hour.
📖 Today’s Reflections:
Started the day on time at 5 AM feeling motivated. Stayed off sugar and social media and drank enough water throughout the day. Read 30 pages of Atomic Habits and did Pooja as planned. Completed all my goals, felt a bit stressed, but pushed through it anyway. With no college today, it was easier to stay on track and get everything done. Excited to keep this momentum going!
