What up, definitely avoid those loads. If you arrive early, let guard know you’re in a box truck and you’ll unload. Sometimes they will let you in early. Also can contact mothership about the delays and they may add more money to trip.

😂 bro I was trying to find "new" custies and same thing happened to me. Ended back at Amazon, luckily I was in a semi that day and i swindled them into letting me drop it😂. Hard to escape the man rn (Azn). You have to come everyday with new game plan. Feels like every load i pull these days get more and more not worth it with the expenses going up as fast as they do. Truly stuck between a rock and a hard place.

That is crazy. It can only workout for someone who can park and then Go do other things else. I work in public transportation and we work crazy hours. Sometime a few hours in the morning. Then off for 3 to 5 hours to come back and work a few more hours. Start at 5am and off at 5pm for a total of 12hrs days. Man U have a great attitude. U don’t let them move U. I respect that.

Yes it’ll likely be a struggle the first 6 months or so, I’d sign up with as many gig apps as possible & try to make some connections with brokers in advance.

What are some key thing to know when starting off renting a truck just the paperwork part is there anything I need to make sure I have in place 1st and do you need your own insurance or do the rental company offer insurance like they do when renting cars??
