it really isn't (hard mode) is literally the subtitle for the start from scratch option that isn't misleading. What would be is saying extreme difficulty because that implies he has all the hardest settings

"Hard Mode" series, then changed the economic difficulty to EASY 12 and a half minutes into the first episode. lol. I stopped watching there.
