Man I love this video. I'm taking it all in as I move towards quitting my day job in machining and opening my own job shop for some daily income while I explore ideas to try and bring to market. You and Jon Addis are an inspiration.

@@matthewlee8917 The mx is going to feed my other hobby, hobby grade rc vehicles. Would like to sell parts for them at least as a side hustle. But also will be open to any project or part really.

The best I have experienced was trying to get the family onboard and having them crashing a very successful part of my business due to absolute incompetence which also result in a family split since I cannot get along with irresponsible people. I could have never imagined that the direct family could be something like that.

Thanks for the video. The audio is a little odd because the room is audible. When the reflected sound of your voice ( from walls floor and ceiling) is as loud as the direct sound (from your mouth), it sounds like reverberation from the room reflections. Empty rooms sound odd. Your voice is loud and clear, but the room adds an odd coloration (reverb) effect. Having your mic closer to your mouth is a simple solution, and that is why lavaliere mics are popular. The mic in your camera sounds ok but you need to reduce the amount of reflected sound into your mic. One solution is to add padding to the walls which absorbs the reflections. Carpet with padding helps a lot. Also, building a wall of absorbent materials around the mic ( sides and rear of camera) that helps block the reflected sound from the walls and ceiling works for some people. Good luck to you!

I have a few questions regarding your Tormachs. What kind of tolerances are you holding/getting? How is the repeatability? What series machines are you running (I’ve seen reviews of series 2&3 that were having some mechanical issues that were not operator error)? Did/do you have any backlash issues? Do you have videos showing any testing you’ve done for tolerances and repeatability (I’ve not finished looking yet)? I'm just doing research should funding become available to make a purchase. Like the videos.
