Love how I signed up for a let's play and got a mod recommendation from this too! It was super smart to invest on getting their skills up to truly represent their natural evolution as if you'd played with them before. There's a mod that is a skills mod that can set their skills to x level automatically fyi, might be useful if you do this again or populate the city with custom sims
