I can bet your views will skyrocket. The reason I say this, truth be told it's only those like myself dedicated to running an AI agency that's gonna sit down and watch more than 10mins worth of content, but some random non - tech person scrolling through KZbin or Instagram reels won't do that And there are so many cool things you said in this 43 minute content that are less than a minute long Like when you drew the market dynamic graph, or when you said you're 40 and you wanna tell your kids how you built cool stuff, or when you said you don't wanna drop ship for 5 years and an AI agency made that possible etc, this little interesting clips can be converted into reels which will generate more leads. Your point at the 7 minute mark says it all and you are 100% correct. Business owners won't even think twice about hiring someone to do this. They want no part of anything technology related unless it's click one button and profit. That will never happen. They will always need us "techies" to do it for them. Christ, most business owners I know still struggle with the most mundane stuff.

dont start an agency from the start, become a freelancer and offer free services of free discovery calls for free to get market data and experience. Then you charge businesses on the stuff you've learned. You then save money to launch an agency and start hiring people to do the fulfillment for you so you can focus on content and sales

is it still a good idea to be posting that on linkedin even when I am working for a company that has nothing to do with AI? I kinda don't want my boss seeing that I'm working on a side hustle. last thing I want is them seeing that and start taking steps replace me since they see my focus is going elsewhere. It removes the digital manual work they do in their day-to-day allowing them to focus on high leveraged activities and grow their business with more mental bandwidth. It removes business costs by automation a lot of work that traditionally required employing people. Instead of them paying 10k/m for hires they can spend 1000/m to you helping them with their business. That makes them more profitable as a result and a no brainer to pay you as it is free money at the end of the day. Hope that helps!
