Starting is Uncomfortable + Building a Community

Starting is uncomfortable, hard, and exciting all at the same. I know the struggle of wanting to start but not knowing how and the more I make these videos I know I’m not alone. So after reading your comments and suggestions I think building a community can be fun. Either way, I think it’ll be easier when helping each other just by sharing your experience.

Doing the things you need to do out of discipline could also be motivation, only separated by a timeframe in which one will be harvesting the material "motive" of their "actions". PS: I like the discord idea.

A community would be awesome. I would join 100% join. Mental health is at a all time low in this world and in America. Its very hard for most people to afford any type of counseling or phycological therapy, so any type of free and safe access to support I know would be a huge help.

there is an physiological shift the human brain at 20 where the last part of the brain starts developing, the prefrontal cortex. Responsible for planning, prioritizing and making good decisions, this is the era where people try things and find out who they are as it stops maturing late into your 20s. feeling the pressures of the people your age doing well or going to school and finding jobs is a natural process that a lot of people are aware of at this stage in life so make sure your take care of yourself and the thoughts you are having at this time (: We are prone to thinking we have to do everything or something as that’s what society pushes but be mindful of what you want, who you are and what you want to be.

Oh, THIS is GREAT. For me especially. I never thought of that before. But, now that I think of that, there still can be a huge problem. For example, in my own history of being pushed and abused by 'The Man', if it had been him who had tried to make that same point to me, HE would be saying it simply to get ME to keep pleasing HIM and his selfish ways. Like I have to be his slave or something. Like I have to be a carbon copy of him and HIS own lack of, say, fatal peanut allergy, or of his lack of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
