I thought my bike has issues. Service center guys had no idea. I was worried. This video cleared up my doubts. The only other problem I have is the gears getting stuck at low speeds. Hope to rectify it soon as well..Thanks man...!!

@ronztinz Adjust clutch wire/cables.. do tightening/loosening. Or check Clutch plates. keep your Bike's clutch in full clutch adjustments when you ride. (Clutch Freeplay). Before i was facing same problem. BUT NOWADAYS I'm not facing any problems such as Hard shifting or stuck in shifting gears.

If you are having this problem, what you can do is, long press the ignition switch with your left hand and strat reving the accelerator with right hand. This has worked for me everytime.

I was living with this for a year but just got fuel injector cleaned and the problem is solved now, I came back to this video to comment down and let other know it. Solution : Injector cleaning

By bike sometimes doesn't start if I turn it off and re-start within 5 mins. After few times, it starts. And then shows engine trouble issue (problem it shows is engine stall). Do you get engine trouble light turned on in your case?

Didn't faced anything like this. Would need more information by diagnosis to the understand the real cause of your issue. In most cases its fuel related. May be in fuel filter, injector or throttle body.

At first i thought only my bike is facing this STARTING PROBLEM. 😢😢😢 BUT LATER i came to know that almost MOST OF FZ25S are facing this same starting problem. I also thought that it maybe because of SPARK PLUG Problem because it's been LONG 5 YEARS RUNNING and still i DID NOT CHANGE or CHECK my bike's Spark plug conditions.😮

Another solution is to open the tank lid for 2-3 seconds to let go the vapour\extra air pressure and try start. I faced the same issue of letting my bike under direct sunlight and it wouldn’t start all of a sudden.

FZ25 maintenance is on higher side I own 2019 model. So if you are dependent on service center then cost will be nearer to 3k ( I'm not using yamalube ) I'm using motul so 1.2k for oil and remaining for service. Also average is around 35-40 kmpl. Depending upon riding. And there aren't many service center who knows how to handle the vehicle. But you get engine reliability from the house of yamaha.

But previous day, the problem took place in evening after sunset. And the bike even didn't start. I had to keep the bike in an unknown house and took train. Also there is a cricking sound from the place of battery when I touch the self-start. Later on in morning, it started in first attempt
