5:58 You are being argumentative and trying to feed words into the mouth of your guest. And it is very early into the video. You then spend another 10 minutes to prove yourself right, and we lose the chain of discussion, which was about the guest's employee interviews. I don't think you've come back on the topic, and this is when I stopped watching this podcast. Do you not respect this guest? Or do you have a big ego? You also have a short attention span and are impatient in finding a new argument in the guest's every other sentence. A podcast is different from a TV interview because hosts give more space for the guest to express their opinions completely. Honestly, a host doesn't have to be smart or right. We're here to see if the guest has value for us. So let them speak?
