One car I would recommend is the Tiger Sunbeam, you can do a performance build or a handling build as well as a lightweight build. British 60's sports car with an American V8. Just one I thought would be different for you.

I just hate how everyone uses the same cars in open races. It's all the procar, McLaren F1 or Porsche GT1.

It's like personal thoughts... but I kinda wondering (just a little bit) why so few ppl are bother creating personal car designs? I occasionally see like rich "anime" style painted cars, sometimes players do some simple color works, but most of the time the vast majority of players - just buy a car and doesn't even choice from default colors schemes. Is that because no one will anyway see - what players are painted? (I mean... you don't look closely on your rivals cars during the race, and it doesn't shown well on podium).
