Hey Jamie, ESTRADOT patches, I use the White tape over the top, to keep them in place, but I have a shower, wait 30mins to completely dry, the use alcohol wipe, and then apply the patch, and add the White tape over the top. I was quite sceptical about the patches, but they do work..... Last fortnight I was In a size 18 sportsbra, this week a size 20 👍 Good luck, feel free to chat on my page, google+ me anytime, who knows might catch up in near future, next Year is just around the corner and your only 4 1/2 hrs away, hect my mum lives in cammeray😳 yep that close.
