Sweet video❤. I am trying to learn Mandarin. This video reminds me of a sentence I memorized from Duolingo: 我的猫经常热情得欢迎我。 Welcome to Canada!

Oh! I think learning a foreign language is one of the best ways to learn its culture. And Chinese is very difficult ☺, so great job!! If you have questions, I will be happy to help

@@is.snowingI think Chinese is harder at the beginning, having to memorize the characters, but the grammar is certainly simpler than English! I love the logic of Mandarin (for example 有钱人; no need for extra words like “rich”). English language “rules” have so many exceptions and the pronunciation of similar-looking words makes no sense (‘few’ and ‘sew’ do not rhyme, for instance). That you can express yourself so beautifully in English is super-impressive.

@@SabineLeppanen_Art That's what I feel now when studying French, can't differ those very similar pronounced words: devenir (become), dernier(last). Plus, French words have gender, it adds so much work 😂. I think there should be some website out there which can pair people who want to study a foreign language with someone local to practice. I feel I really need that, my speaking and listening is poor. You're doing a great job identifying these uniqueness in Chinese grammar! I don't mind if you want to ask me questions about Chinese words and grammars, glad to help!
