Hi Mac, your looking great, little baby is growing well in there. It’s so cute when you feel those first few flutters it’s amazing. I felt mine when I was around 15 weeks so adorable. It’s so exciting getting all the things you need for baby. There are some gorgeous nursery items out there. IKEA is a great place to go; so pleased they had the cot that you wanted. Aw I love this! We got the same crib, we had the hemnes bed which goes from a single to a double with the drawers underneath and they are so well made! We also had the same boxes for our kallax! Love this haul

I have been waiting for this! There is nothing better than shopping for baby stuff. Although, shopping for toddler items is just as satisfying. Mac, I can't imagine how you feel. I got pregnant naturally and still (three years later) can't believe I'm a mom! You two must be floating through every day! So exciting.

I love the fact that we are two weeks apart, it’s making these videos so amazing for me! 😊 And I’m the same. I got given some second hand bits for the nursery and some clothes, and I’m excited to get fully decorative (buy a crib etc) but I’m also like mmm… maybe I should wait just one more scan. 👀 I get to see baby again this weekend and find out 💙🎀 so I think that will comfort me a bit and inspire! Hopefully!!

So funny 😅 I wanted to get the same crib and drawers for our nursery… but we aren’t quite there yet. I’m 17 weeks now and have only been in the ‘feeling comfortable enough to buy baby stuff’ phase for about 2 weeks now. We got our bassinet and some breastfeeding accessories and some clothes :) trying to get new second hand as much as possible. It’s so nice to watch your videos as I’m not far behind you 😊 we found out the gender yesterday and are very excited!!! Will you find out before the birth or do you plan to keep it a surprise? Any name ideas? We are now calling baby its name and it’s so lovely ❤

Theres no rush to finish the nursery before you give birth, they have to stay in the room with you in a bassinet for the first 6 months 😊❤ don't over stress about it ive seen alot of people push themselves and stress themselves out because they dont know that haha

I don't know why people say that. How do you plan to have energy to finish and organize a nursery after you have a newborn and is totally sleep deprived. I will always say do it as soon as possible, before 30 weeks preferably.

I had this fiasco with the IKEA crib too. I had been waiting for it to come in stock for weeks. I got the text and had to be there an hour before opening and they sold out within 5 min. Luckily I got one. But then I found out I was having twins. And they were sold out again 😂 so had to wait and do the mad dash for a second one when it finally came back again

The little flutters and movements feel like such a long time ago for me. I remember feeling the first kick from the outside at like 18 ish weeks I think. It was really surreal. Now he likes to stick his foot out as far as he can and dig it right into my side! Also enjoys using my ribcage as a xylophone. I am at almost 34 weeks now and quite a lot of the time his kicks can really hurt! I love him but.. ouch!

So excited for the eventual nursery tour!!! It's so fun to plan and set up these things even while still working through the anxiety. We're just doing a bassinet (the snoo 💸💸💸) in our bedroom, and then my husband is making our changing table/ baby clothes storage. We thought about dismantling the spare bedroom (and still might) but we also may want the extra bed in a quiet room for whatever parent needs to sleep while not on primary care duty. We will have that minimal set up until we move about 6 months after mr.baby arrives and then will set up an actual baby room there (I'm leaning towards a floor bed I think). I did go to Ikea though and buy my favorite storage tubs for all the baby gear (kuggis) and I already cleaned and destickered them. My main motivation for the Ikea trip was to get the veggie balls and their Daim cake for lunch 😂. I also already bought onesies off of thread up at week 7 because I couldn't help myself. I figured that I should lean into the excitement > anxiety if it felt okay for me. Bring on the onslaught of stuff!!
