Hey girl hey! So great see you 🤗 I wanted to comment on the scalp issues bcus my dandruff has always been bad 🥴 but what has been helping recently is a tip from my loctician. She told me to stop using oils, and if I do it has to be a water-based oil that I can use after washing my hair every 2-3 weeks. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in dandruff. She mentioned that oil creates a coat on our scalp and hair so it doesn’t penetrate the hair. Then when we put on more oil to get rid of the dandruff, it will just keep flaking bcus there’s no moisture. She also said a couple times she’s had to use dish detergent to remove the oil on a client! So i’ve been doing my best to stay away from too much oil. I just use Mielle’s rosemary mint oil since its water-based. I’ll admit I found it strange at first when she told me this cus we’re black and we put oils in our hair! Lol Idk if this was any help. But I wish you the absolute best 😊🫶🏽
