Hello sister I went to Google I searched requirements needed to Germany and I found travel insurance is 30.000euro and visa it's 80.000euro now you have to complete that before you can travel.

Yes, when travelling, you have to be with health insurance where you can get it at jubilee insurance. It's in kampala
