I feel like straightening your hair while it is all yours I wouldn’t call it natural. I would just call it heat styled. Same with braids , weave, and wigs none of that is “protective “ it’s just a style but there’s nothing protective about it they allow you to neglect your hair for a little while if people are honest about it. In the end of it who cares ???
