You’re welcome! ❤️ I’m just so grateful my mom figured out technology enough back then to record and burn DVDs. We really all owe these to her! 🥰🥰🥰

Iyanla is a tough (but fair) grader. Rhonda's the teacher in high school who was notorious for being the easiest teacher ever.

Haha, good synopsis. Rhonda felt hard in the moment, but I do know I LOVED when Iyanla led group and I got some of her approach. Iy could say things that seemed to cut through you to the heart of the problem and you were just changed.

I didn't like Towanda in this show. She was like a shell of a person and blaming Iyanla for what really was her own issues that she didn't like being accountable for; her issues with her mother were likely equal to her issues with her father but the mom usually gets the free pass. Seeing her later on the show with her sisters she seemed more alive. Great to see Kim's and Sinae's progress.

Iyanla can’t take her own advice. That’s why she’s a life coach and not a therapist. There’s a lot of ego there with her and she appears to play to the cameras a lot. She also appears to absolve herself of any culpability by gas lighting the other women. I honestly believe she got off on being in a power position and making these women jump through hoops-she believes her own bs myth. The blond and the guy are way better to the women.
