Part time job can work if your not going to school 5 days a week honestly unless someone is willing to work evenings and weekends and be tired everyday for class it’s a risk

I’m working on my prerequisites in Texas for sonography. Its the first year my college is offering the program. I’m excited & hopefully i get accepted since its very limited on how many people they can take at a time

Does your school connect you with internships and then once you graduate do you have connections to be able to interview?

Yes, the second year of my program I'll be in a clinical rotation where I'll intern at 3 different hospital or clinic sites. Career services will also help with finding a job when I graduate.

Hey! Is it hard to balance sonography school and a full time job? I work for the post office so I literally work every day except Sunday so I was worried about the clinicals

Yeah that does sound hard to do. If you're going to work full time you'll need your job to be flexible in terms of shift schedule but most people don't work full time.

At my school, CHCP, only the first semester was online. It might be different elsewhere though
