The story and the cinematic of the MWIII Campaign were great but the gameplay was lacklustre and the ending was genuinely a let down how it happen (I won’t spoil it), the open world combat mission are basically solo DMZ without the PvP aspect, IW did do a really good job at adding in character interaction especially between Soap & Ghost.

The Problem with these games is, back in the day, there wasnt a cutscene, you played the cutscene. Like here with the sbumarine, why not make you swin to the surface, why do i have to watch it, im not as imersed when im watching as opposed to actually doing it myself. Like the Oil Rig mission in the Old MW2, if that start of the mission was a literal cutscene noone would give a shit about how thats executed n shit, but they made u actually swim up, and actually stealthly take doen the guy and opposite to you Soap take the other man simoultaniously. The new Campaings fail in so many different ways
