I feel for my PA and MD families. Hate to tell you we are FL snow birds so we are missing out on the bitter cold. If it helps, FL Dec and Jan have been very cold. Stay safe, warm and close to God until we meet in the summer.

@@GridIronHillFarm Just watched the latest. Soo sorry about your ducks. We are on the west coast of FL. Too far south for the snow. However we were a few miles from where the eye of Milton arrived. We were blessed with no damage.

Oddly enough, I bought my first dairy cow about 16 yrs ago without ever having been close to one. It certainly was a huge jump to go from no cows to a dairy cow that I hand milk twice a day 🤣

I freeze dry zucchini too. I powder it and put it in meatloaf instead of bread crumbs for a low carb meal. My husband and I are both diabetics. You can replace some of the flour in quick breads and muffins too. I add it to homemade spaghetti sauce to add some veggies and as a thickener.

Hi Leigh! Great to see you again. Did you find anymore ducks? I am so sorry they got attacked. 😕 Little Theodore so such a cutie! He is growing so fast. ☺ The sunrise was gorgeous, especially with the frozen pond. God does His best work in the mornings and evenings. 😊 I hope you got the water hoses sorted out. No more ducks 😭 I’ve been locking the remaining pair up in the stall with my ewes to keep them safe. I’m hoping this year we can save up enough money to fence off the pond. That will allow us to let the dogs in there and keep the water fowl safe.
