Starting the video encoding

@riffle12345 The reason is that it can't find the x264.exe file. Either you will have to specify an absolute path, ie C:\Program files\x264\x264.exe ..., or you can put the x264.exe file into the directory where the videos you're going to encode are.

In command prompts i've done everything you have done, but the command is coming back as "x264 is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable programe or batch file." Is there a reason for this?
