Anyone want to do a mindfulness workbook with me for anxiety? I'm starting that one called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and going to try to stick with it. I'm trying to add mindfulness meditation to my anxiety management routine this year, as well as daily journaling.

Symonne, I had so much anxiety while I was trying to get through college b/c I knew how hard college is than high school, but I got over it when I was about halfway through college 😊😊 I graduated college last month btw, I cannot believe it 😁😁
