@@eadad4371 Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.

Thank you for this information. What is the startup cost of running a recruitment business? You mentioned getting the business listed, LinkedIn, Indeed, having a website and doing some advertising. I'm sure this is not something you start off with no money invested. I'm from the US and would like to start recruiting in both the US and Europe. So, how much am I looking at spending out of pocket, since this is an investment?
@dipakmukherjee3909 Жыл бұрын
A limited company with a virtual office in London and the entire year's worth of expenses (auditing of financial accounts, filing returns, etc.) will set you about £5-6k. Expenses on framing contracts and being abreast of ever-changing employment laws will cost you another 3-4k a year. You need an insurance. Premium for £2 million, you can have for like 4-5k a year. Then you need credit insurance, since the principal employer won't pay you by the end of the day. If you're aiming at having a monthly turnover of £100k, it'll cost you 1k a year. If you're buying leads, add in another 1-2k a year. If the principal employer asks for a bg check on candidates, you'll have to pay some more in each instance.

@@theproprod211 as a 360 recruiter I got lots of clients from cold emails, make sure to introduce yourself, then your company, explain what job titles you hire, then mention what makes you stand out - whether it's your method of approach, your fees or payment terms. But in my personal experience, nothing beats sending over an exemplary CV to prove how well you can do your searches. Ask a candidate for consent and then send over their CV to your new client (blank out contact details of course) and then ask them if that is the type of person they are looking for?

Nice content! Quick question: I'm thinking of starting a "mediation service" to send workers from Spain to Germany, focused on a specific niche. The relations between me ("recruiter"/"finder") and the company (who look for workers) would probably be slightly different than what you show in this video. For example, they pay someone (me) without whom it would be difficult to find workers in a given country (Spain) due to: first, language barrier; two, knowledge of the niche; three, lack of social networks/facilities to get to these workers. Now, the question: do you think this roadmap could apply to this model too? Thanks in advance and keep it up! You got my like and suscription :)
