When they mention a qualifying business, does this mean you have to have an already working business or do you just need to pitch in a project idea and get letters of support? And if you want to buy a franchise of a company to open up a store in Canada under that brand, what visa should you apply for?

If i got the letter of support from designated organization in Canada, thats mean when 100% i will got the approval for work permit? if no what the most reasons for refusing ?

I’m already living in canada as an international student since 1 years, I have started launching my civil engineering company and a boutique in country 2 years ago before moving to Canada. Now I want to apply to this visa because I’ve started offering my cleaning services after a long training time in almost every cleaning sectors(residential, industrial, commercial…). I’m also building an e-commerce platform where I’ll be selling products sourced in china, USA, canada, UK and less in other countries like French, Thailand and etc… Being in canada about 16 months in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and now Lethbridge in the Alberta; I have observed and make some surveys, then a sorted out a minimum of 20 businesses that I will launch in here, started from the bottom(because I don’t have enough of money at the moment), and work as hard as I can to improve myself and help Canada’s economy grows.
