Nigeria is a land of opportunity. All we need is dedication. Thanks for this video

There’s 250 million people in Nigeria. It’s just idle waiting for its billionaires to wake up. If you sell something that makes you 1 dollar a month and all 250 million can buy, just do the math.
@nellsawere4 жыл бұрын
The government is the people. If you want a good government then create good people. There are no foreign Nigerian politicians, they are mostly home grown. As such to create good governance, the business community must take the lead. They would create conditions conducive for the business environment. Remember the Western World’s governments are controlled by the business community and not the other way around. So if you wait for the politicians, there would be no businesses.

Bravo to this brother. I wish all Nigerians will wake up and realize that, we don't need to wait for government or think we must have a job in order to do great things, and be successful. Nigeria and Africa, has the immense potential to do amazing things. Yes, it is true that we have 1 million problems, that needs to be solved. These are ENDLESS opportunities...for a million or more people, who can come up with solutions. The 1.2 billion African market is waiting for those who can see the opportunities. I pray more people like Bayo Adedeji, will take action.

He is using a very Western model (nothing wrong with that). That model says the customer is always right and customer service is the key. Because the better you make people feel, the more they will patronize your business. Give people a quality product with good customer service and they will beat a path to your door. On top of that he is creating jobs and opportunities for other entreprenuers. Franchising is a very popular way of doing business in the West. The Franchisee doesn't have to start at the bottom, they get an already established business model, lots of help from the owner and customers who already know (and enjoy) the product. It is usually a win-win situation.
