I really prefer what I guess I'll call "Private" produced content. I enjoy going to individual websites to see updates and news and videos. As a mountain biker, my homepage is set to pinkbike.com , which is a great platform and website. I love youtube channels as well for the same reason, coming to my subscriptions and seeing new content from great channels (Such as this one) really feels a lot better to me then going to facebook and dealing with the clutter, dashboard, videos, sponsored articles, clickbait, and a shit ton of other crap. "Private" industry news websites are where its at!!! As for magazines, I'm a little too young to have too much experience with them (17), but when I was a kid (9-12 range), and I didn't have access to the internet all that much, Magazines were my life. Weekly trips to the grocery store were highlighted by going to the book section and picking up Racer X and Decline, and trying to read through them all while following my family as they shop. I'll really miss magazines, all I see is more more of them shut down print and/or close doors. Makes me sad. BMX Plus went out last year. Another BMX one went out this month. *sigh*

It doesn't seem like most of these people watched your video, I am really sorry about vurb, I loved the 2stankin series and a decent amount of the articles. Personally I only really have Facebook anymore to sign into things like Spotify or Instagram. I can't stand how many people just share so much garbage, and content stealing. Personally I think the future is in KZbin, if Google can make it more accessible for companies. Finally, good luck Kellen, you deserve it from all the content that you supply us.

Im not a fan of Web but i would absolutely love to see Reed to put his ass in gear and race good, I was so amazed when Chad Reed and Ricky or Canard would always battle for first. Loved watching that and I would love to see it again but thats just a dream... Dungey Is my favorite rider and I would like to see him take the million again.

It's kind of a shitty time for companies like vurb to exist. Like you said, there's more money to be made in magazines, but the audience is nearly all for the online, free journalism. Soon the older generation will be gone, but I find it hard to believe anyone would pay for a website subscription when other sources (like social media) are always going to be free. Very shitty.
