Taxonomies - Adding Custom Fields

Let's add custom fields to our taxonomy so we can store some more useful data on our tags.

Thanks for these, taxonomies is my weakest area in statamic.. Id love to see a full blown archive page with groupings, and dates and all that jazz!

@@jackmcdade I'll try to find some.. Basically it would be a page that would show all the collection items grouped by things like taxonomies and dates and then allow a person to click on a month or year and see all the posts related to that taxonomy in a month or year. (Hope that makes sense)
