Ironically Gerald was only with 808 State for the "Newbuild" release; apparently, Gerald got in a dispute with his fellow mates on not being credited for producing "Pacific State" which would appear on "Quadrastate", which did not have him listed as part of the crew. Gerald was on board with some of the earlier works, including being part of the Lounge Jays alias -- most of that material would be re-released on the "Rebuild" LP.
