What are you talking about registration of a vehicle is based on the value of the vehicle! License are applied for once in any state you live in. Then a fee to update your photo. Any suspension on your license is at your fault for failing to obey a law or code and not taking care of it.

This is a system that creates criminals it targets the poor you're blind to see the effects you are caught in the system you take away people's freedom of Mobility 4 things that have nothing to do with your ability to drive and you say it's your fault you don't have enough money to fix it when you don't even know what's going on you are truly blind I wish you could wake up and see the reality the system used to call the man let me explain how you are Cog in it workings child support one card takes a person's license and doesn't even tell him you get pulled over that's a charge of $1,000 for driving on revoked that you didn't know you were three bolts now DMV somehow break the 5th Amendment hitting me with double jeopardy paying twice now I got to pay you 750 every year for three years guess what I got to drive to make money so what do I do I get back on that road and I got to gamble I am now a criminal I have an arrest record on me because I never went to the court because I have a life to live but all you care about is give me money give me money give me money give me money gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme or you can drive ever why do I have to get my hard-earned money to somebody that pulled me over and just said give me you caught in the system wake up

This is the same with child support if at anytime you loss the ability to pay your support you can request a emergency lowering of your support, but you need to be willing to increase that support if your income increases.
