Pro-Wike 27 lawmakers and appeal court judgement was before their decampment from PDP to APC. Having decamped, they are no longer members of the assembly in line with the Supreme Court precedent automatically lost their seats. The Speaker Amaewhule himself already accepted the members have decamped, including himself.. Meeting with President Tinubu was lopsided agreement which the presidency himself knows was unconstitutional.

Fubara should represent the budget to NRTU at Rumola , same thing to representing to Amaehulee and others. Former is former, those guys should get some job with FCT in Abuja.. They are within their rights to recontest in 2027 , even though the courts should have sent them to prison for felony and lying under oath and subsequently barred from entering into electable positions for 15 years. But we know the judges in Nigeria are like boys scouts, just chasing after bribes and illegal wealth through miscarriages of justice.
