Thuli Mandonsela investigated, and submitted a report that certain individuals captured the state during her tenure as a PP. 1. Why is SA investigating so much money in an enquiry instead of arresting all those who were alleged to be guilty by Thuli Madonsela. 2. Thuli Madonsela's report did not say, suspected a state capture or probably they was a state capture. They concluded there was one and names of people were thrown to that report... to me arrest the people and let the courts rule.
