Originally planned in Chikkamagaluru, the event was relocated to Bengaluru to facilitate the presence of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
"Chief Minister Siddaramaiah wants the Naxals to join the mainstream in his presence. Therefore, the programme has been shifted to Bengaluru," said KL Ashok, shedding light on the importance of this initiative.
