I feel sorry for him too. This unfortunately does happen when doing business. I guess he will either take a loss or see whatever amount he can get back. It sucks HORRIBLE because of the money from investors, but he doesn't seem to have a bad rep, since he has success with 39 other stores, let alone the other businesses he has going on, period, so he will be ok just hits really hard to lose SO much money like that.

Theres countless of Malaysian malls and businesses that are successful. You shouldn't take your racist mindset here if you want to do business in Malaysia.
なるほど、、、J VALUE MALLの社長に感じる違和感は"他責"からくるものなのだと理解が追いつきました。 ①集客力の問題をテナントの努力不足だとモール側の自責で捉えられていない点、②具体的な改善策を会議中に提示されていない点、③根拠の全くない"自信"の連呼で、 テナント側が納得する筈がありませんよね。
