A lot of children don't even have access to cellphones, laptops, and data to improve their studies. While studying they don't have any food and load shedding hence they use candles, paraffin and cold water to bathe. While prisoners are in the hotel they have everything.

There's one important thing they are missing about those cellphones they got from the prisoners, those cellphones supposed to be screened. There is a lot of information which can be found from those cellphones which can assist the law enforcement to bring those crime syndicates into books for different types of crimes. Find his/her cellphone, let him/her to sign a consent form allowing to page his phone and hand it to the investigator to deal with it in line with his/her crime

I blame the ANC for this. Giving jobs for people who do not qualify to serve in the Correction services walked into senior posts. These people were brought in from different provinces, because they had the right skin colour. The coloureds in Cape Town who stood in line for promotion, lost that to those were imported. Prisoners eat 3 meals a day , eat meat daily , free health care onsite, free education, free transport and shelter . They living better than law abiding citizens. School kids eat soup , bona they cruising nicely with our taxes. And they have internet also

Prisoners get free education whilst normal citizen have to pay loans and starve on the streets. These centers are not correctional facilities because they were in herited from Apartheid regime hence the white paper and corrections act should be change or be mixed with Prison act give rehabilitation to 15 & below but 15 & above be Prisoned also be treated as cheap labor..
