Stage 2 has pearls on it I think 2 is even better than 3

Question, i have nearly 40 laps on stage 2, so missing 10 more for the 600 pearls. If i use what i get on stage 3 to get those 10 laps, will I be able to claim the pearls? Also, if i get to 1000 tokens can i buy the 1000 pearls in the exchange store for stage 2? Cause i see in stage 1 exchange store is says is finished, but i dont have the 1000 tokens so idk if i can buy it or not. F2P here. Thanks for the video.
