Basicly what that means is privilege invites= invites where players over the state point limit can move to state (before 3 now 5). Normal invites=governor can send invites to players that are under the state power limit (basicly useless, before was 10 i think, now 20). States 1-714 is transfer pool for gen 16 states. Because number of states in same pool is so big, they have added more leading states that normally is = 20 (no clue whats the normal ammount, maybe 10). And size of list means that when before 1 state could have 50 or 100 players transferimg them now its 120 players. On this doesnt count players that were really small, dont remember what was indicator for that small player. This is what i understood from this info, is it correct... well only fp knows😅

Privilege invitation are those that bypass the the transfer limit the gov can set. Previous transfers you had 3 per state, this transfer its 5. Normal invites don't bypass the limit. It's just you have your friend, you invite him but he doesn't really need that invite. They were already there previous transfers.

1. Lets not forget that the marketing team from SoS has always been more pro at trapping your dollars than updating a march screen to work properly lol. 2. The more us players learn how to grind f2p or partial f2p, they change the whole format to increase sales. 3. Do you really think a chinese game dev gives a shit about any of us or what funds their militaries 😂. Just by playing the game and seeing overseas military protocols, i can personally tell you, there isnt much difference. The key word it all equals to is 'control' As a 4 year player, take the warning, be weary😢

There’s always been 2 types of governor invites. Privileged invites are for players over the migration rating limit. Normal invites are to secure 30 players within migration limit a place in that state. There are 120 places per state.

I was told by the moderator who posted this that normal invitations are invitations sent to any player ( under the cap) that then have the guaranteed spot if they choose to accept...as long as the state isn't a leading state.

My gm told me special invites bypass state migration score limit. Normal invites bypass number of transfers limit. So you can have 100 or 50 free transfers + 5 special transfers + 30 normal invite transfers. GM-Mia might be wrong though 😅

I think state transfer would take the fun out of the game rather than a merge considering after 4 year's your joining a new team that's already got a core. EDIT: Also, FIRST! 😂

Privileged means handpicked players. Normal means players who try to transfer. 😅 Just a guess.

There are two different quotas, the normal and the privileged. If a player transfers to a state without the gov invite then it will use a quota from the normal tranfers. For example if 30 is the quota and 30 players already transfered, but then there is no slot left. The gov has privileged quotas that do not take a slot of the normal quota, so even if the normal quota is already used up, the gov can still invite specific players. Previous state transfers the gov invitation quota was 10, now 5.

Odio esto, desde que lo implementaron hemos perdido una gran cantidad de buenos jugadores, esta semana se nos va un grupo grande y la fusión de estados fue una💩 para nosotros ya éramos débiles y nos fusiónan con un estado peor que nosotros 😢 y nadie se quiere unir a mi estado a pesar que todo esta en orden.

Privilege invite: for players like you, Dior, Cat (players with higher migration rating than state limit). Normal invite should be the player who can join the same state (before it was 50 or 100)
