I really love rr kinda fun I'm from state 106 with full t11 troops so during rr it helps me hold buildings better but according to your state t11s may not be available for you yet

4 teams 1 for each treatment centre and the nearby plant(8 people) 1 for solar and nearby plant(10 people). Last team is for tanks 1 BIG player per area spread in other teams until tanks arrive. Solar IS THE most important building to control on the map. You will not be able to lock down complete control on any building unless you are way way stronger than your opponents or they dont know how to double or triple rally. Solar means you get the buildings back and earning faster. Helipad is a complete waste of time and troops. Munitions is a nice to have but is not important, the bonus in the scheme of things is actually quite small. Dev compound also is not worthwhile to hold really BUT you need to break control of it from time to time as the buff/debuff from its infected begins to stack up over a couple attacks. 2 players from solar go to centre when it opens and hold/rally from there to centre and dev, muni. Players speed usually from Solar to these rallies. Attacking players once you are facing P6+ is a losing strategy most will have 3-4,5,6m troops. Rallies can be effective however. This is THE winning strategy. 2x RL champions.

How long do i have to hold the building to get the buff?

Most of the buff buildings the hold time is about 3 minutes. You can reduce it by 50% if you have the solar power plant.

Also use your 24 hour RSS mega buff for 400 bios. You gather water way faster

Reservists are basically fill ins when someone does not show up for R/R.

Hey masaki, do you get points by killing troops via settlement attacks or only killing troops by attacking or defending a building??

Both. In fact your personal water points can be acquired very quickly through attacking settlements. But this point doesn’t contribute to alliance victory.
