Black Rock and Texas have a weird relationship. My employer had a portfolio heavily invested in Black Rock. They were a civil engineering construction firm. When they fired me they took what I had in my 401k which was like 25k. When they are talking about damage control... black rock did so many texans dirty starting with their employers.
