Wait a minute, am I the guy who said I fall asleep to your videos? I mentioned that in my comment on the Krytac Vector GBBR video and now I'm laughing my ass off!! If it was, let me confirm that it was meant as a compliment. Listening to well-thought out and consistent presentations of cool things within a subject matter I greatly enjoy is calming. Part of what makes it calming is the satisfaction in experiencing it. This is a great, productive source within the sport and I can rest easy knowing that no matter how tired I am, a well-composed, thorough contribution to something I love goes on. It's like remembering that you left fresh silica gel packets inside your waterproof hard case.

@Gojira_Wins8 ай бұрын
When talking to anyone about GBBR tech specs, how they work or information about rifles you've reviewed, I always direct people to this channel. Hopefully it picks up steam and you get the attention your content deserves. You have been the back bone of the GBBR world for many people for a while now and we all appreciate the time and dedication you put into the content you give us. Sure, some content isn't new or revolutionary but you do such an amazing job at taking boring information and turning it into easily digestible info in a short video.

Those technical teardowns and going in depth into history and small details and differences between replicas and their real steel counterparts are the best part of your videos. Keep it going.

Thanks for not changing format. I love any form of essay/analytical video you guys put out. I'd rather have less well-thought and longer videos than lots of ADHD videos if that makes sense. This channel is what has got me into GBB in the first place. You're both a big source of entertainment AND a place where trustworthy and objective info about airsoft can be found.
@ArrowSmith958 ай бұрын
Ok first off. Deep dive breakdown videos are honestly the best content for airsoft tech guys like me. Explaining in detail the modifications and why they’re done is better than the last 10+ years of KZbin. Your content has really made me a better tech. Not to mention the simple concise way you go about doing maintenance , informational and repair videos. They are to the point, explained exceptionally well and not any longer than they need to be just to hit the algorithm numbers for ads. Watching your videos makes me want to make content that goes as In depth as yours. Keep up the great work man.

I’m not big into airsoft anymore, but I stumbled on your channel when looking for the best gas shotgun and your review of the cam870 was perfect. That lead to me buying it and to my surprise it worked perfectly out of the box. Your reviews are the only ones I can find with a mature adult that has been around real guns so you don’t oogle at every little thing. You get to the important stuff like reliability, durability and performance. You actually shoot the guns at a decent range instead of 10 feet away from a cardboard box. Keep up the great reviews!

Found your channel through the GBB maintenance video and it was a life-saver. As an English speaker living in Japan the videos you do are an essential. Your format is great, and these videos are a great contribution to airsoft community, there's less reviewers than i can count with my fingers that go into the detail you guys go, and give updates months later, as that's what really tells me how the gun is, not out of the box performance but the state of gun after months of use

I’m sure most people here are in the same boat as me with this; I love teching and tinkering and finding flaws and weak points so I can iron out/re-machine/upgrade/improve on them. You guys have done that and then some. Coming from the UK, we can’t do comparisons to real steel stuff, so it’s absolutely awesome to have all the interesting factoids and comparisons with all the real counterparts. It’s very evident you spend a huge amount of time and resources on firearms/replicas and it’s awesome that you share your knowledge. I know it’s not in your interest, but I’d still love to you your take on some AEG’s and how you’d modify and improve them. I get a kick out of fine tuning anything functional, and there’s lots to be gained with AEG’s over manufacturers OE attempts. Thanks, again, for being clear, concise, honest and on point!

How about reviewing whatever manufacturers put in front of you ( be it good, bad or ugly), then run a raffle or auction for the pew to subscribers and either keep the whole amount earn’t to support the channel or have a nominated charity (maybe voted for by subs for each review) who would get half of the earning from each completed reviews ‘sell off’? That way you remain impartial and spread the love.

Because of you guys i bought my first GBBR, a Golden Eagle mk18. after testing it out i ran into a trigger malfunction. First i wanted to send it back, but why should I. Its a fully Mechanical system, so i got my tools watched one of your M16 videos and worked my way into the triggerbox, wich was suprisingly easy to take apart. the only issue i ran into was that parts rolling down on the carpet wich resulted into searching for half an hour. A half broken BB jammed the trigger reset. What i think is intresting on that gun was it has Bearings in the Hammer for reducing the wear of the Bolt. Anyway, thank you for your content, it was a great help!

I really like your videos, probably the only airsoft KZbinr that I actively look out for your videos. They are very informative and entertaining I like the history segment and the product performance parts of the videos. I probably won’t own any of the guns shown but they are very cool and interesting to learn about. That being said if you wanted to go the sponsor route for the channel it would be a good idea to look at it as the channel companies send their products to when they want customers to know how good their product is under intense scrutiny and if it’s not a good product I wouldn’t want them to sponsor me anyway. I would only want to show the audience good quality products. I like your channel, I like the vibe and I understand the moral aspect but that’s my 2 cents.

Here in Germany i can get this setup for 400ish euros but that WE rep scares me.
@ExplosiveEnterprises8 ай бұрын
Funny enough, we do have experience with that exact configuration- it's very cool, but unfortunately the WE Luger is among their worst products, and while you can keep it functional with replacement fire control parts, the hop remains a weak point and the drum is not very well-made either. There are 3D-printable replacement hop components nowadays that show some promise, but we can't recommend it just on account of general poor quality, particularly for how much the full setup costs.

This kind of openness feels like its getting harder to come by these days. I think sponsorships are fine if they haven no conflict with the content being reviewed, say tools that you use to work on guns or unrelated things like VPNs and such (but maybe stay away from the shadier ones). If you guys did want to make money, I think that you would get some decent if small success with something like a patreon. GBBs have been on the market for airsoft since the dawn of its existence. Even so, the past decade or so has been its infancy as far as actual innovation. Since then, there have not been very many channels that provide in-depth reviews of these replicas. This channel not only provides technical knowledge, but also information that’s relative to the skirmish player themself. I’m so sick of “reviews” that are simply overviews in disguise. However, this channel provides ACTUAL reviews and it’s EXACTLY what the GBBR playerbase is looking for. The only advice I ask of this channel is to provide a sponsorship disclaimer at the beginning of the video. But I trust that you guys will give us a fully transparent view on it, good or bad.
