I was just telling my friends, don’t let anyone tell you BTC can’t drop below $50k. Based on market structure, we could go all the way to $32k still. I’m just frustrated because I packed up my bags on Altcoins, and they got reset. It’s hard to learn the lesson, but BTC only.

This is one of a couple channels that helped me look at things more objectively and exit the market in the April/May timeframe. However, I reentered the market in early September because I believe I have a different risk appetite and strategy than TAA. He is fine with not getting these gains because he already has nice bags from the past. His risk to reward is not the same as yours or mine.

I'm not expecting it to go under 50 K soon, but the people who say it cannot are amusing. People say the same thing every cycle and they have all sorts of reasons why it's impossible, and somehow it happens.

1st clue trend has shifted recently was higher low and higher high. 2nd clue is meme coins pumping again. 3rd clue to its the 4th quarter of halving year. Probabilities are in favor of 80 something this quarter. But i actually want people to keep being bearish so that this has a greater chance of happening. Most people are bearish now. And this isbt a bullflag. Its moreso a shoulder.

I simplified my process by tracking Ciovacco secular volatitily model. I think it's pretty good with one week sensitivity. Assuming btc = tech. When the secular trend is bearish tech + bullish defensive staples, I will flip bearish. There is a chance that the top is gonna be in March/April next year. So, we could start pumping before the year ends. My theory is that there are time-based investors who only buy one year before halving and sell one year after halving. "Smart tourists", if you will. I know a couple of them irl. I understand the feeling that it won't start before btc dominance tops though. 😂 It doesn't feel right, doesn't it? Feels like alts need to dump more.

I think your downside analysis is based on chart patterns that a market maker would care about when manipulating the price to stay either cost neutral or profitable. However, with BTC, if there are actual fundamental things happening, like access to new capital through tradfi, some candles may print where there is an actual fundamental shift within the asset and the market makers cant do anything about it without loosing further. Relying on typical market maker behavior as if this was a large 30k-70k range may not be the right move. I think part of this range action currently is happening for market makers to break even again.
