"We're gonna lock that wack job up" said the unbiased investigator.... just let that sink in.

Impossible to have been MV accident. John's injuries were to his Head & Face & arm only. None to his torso or legs, blood stain running down the center of his hooded shirt prove a bloody nose while upright. Laceration on BACK of head, yet he was found FACE UP, Arm puncture lacerations are obviously dog teeth wounds that have no possible motor vehicle-related cause as there was NO human DNA located on the undercarriage of Karen's car. No glass found on the bumper matched John's drinking glass. There was tons of evidence that John had been inside Brian Albert's house and not struck by a car - but cops opted not to look for it. Had investigators so much as LOOKED through the Albert residence (basement), and perhaps separated every witness from one another to be interviewed ALONE, a huge puddle of blood would have been found inside. They never looked! They let the witnesses conspire alone together, and be interviewed together (within earshot). They never filmed an interview. There are no signed witness statements. There are NO PIX of the tail light prior to being taken to the Lallyport. They provided crappy video footage with 42 minutes missing. There was a lead investigator who hated the defendant, disrespected her openly among his colleagues, and objectified her - A lead investigator who cannot be objective, who's a part of a family that has a decades-long friendship with the owner of the home where John's body was found & who never treated any other witness as a potential suspect, despite being told by Karen from day 1 that John was inside the Albert home & had been beaten up by Colin & Brian Albert.

This is why people hate cops

One thing is to not like a defendant but its something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to have complete disdain, contempt, and hatred towards her. You can not like someone personally as a person & still be an unbiased professional, but there is NO WAY you can be impartial when you despise someone & her attorney like this man seems to do.

If they had court, full days 4, maybe even 5 days a week, this trial would be nearly over. The judge keeps taking long breaks hoping the jury will forget what a disaster each witness has been for the prosecution.

I will say this. Whether she did it or not, there is no way the jury can indict her. They need 100% conviction, and cannot have any doubt. If there is any evidence that causes doubt, they can’t convict her. And as we know, there is plenty of doubt that she did it as of now.

The personal opinions of a cop killer are irrelevant to the trooper's conduct on the cas. It was the feds who abused power in this case.

Someones personal opinions can have an affect on their conduct

His "personal opinions" may have colored his investigation and the conclusions to which he arrived. His personal bias may have produced a biased investigation. That's the issue. He went through her phone, looking for nude pictures of her. How can someone so unprofessional have conducted a professional investigation?

No. They're not. Jurors aren't as easily wooed by hype as medias Hos . Yes, Proctor was inappropriate in the extreme. Does that have ANYTHING to do with these explicit and obvious facts( she did it)? Nope .
