This is so beautiful. Someone in my online class recommended it for meditation. I clicked the link and have been listening now for only 10 minutes. This is the healing balm I needed today. I live in Asheville,NC where Hurricane Helene hit us hard. I think I’m grieving and haven’t been able to stop crying most of this day. Everything has changed.
