Excellent video. Good to see everyday life in Staten Island. I have a fascination with life further outside of Manhattan which is usually under reported in the media……And contrary to many dying malls in America, some of them like the one in this video are pretty lively like how malls were back in the 80s and 90s.

It depends on the neighborhoods more than the boroughs. Sunset Park Brooklyn is one of the friendliest along with Bushwick Brooklyn, Williamsburg Brooklyn, Greenpoint Brooklyn, Brooklyn overall. Jackson Heights Queens is chill and Flushing Queens too. The south shore of Staten Island is the least friendliest.
