u r wrong in explaining % error in full scale reading. When the temp is 500, the error will be more 2.5%

I would like to ask at 25.37 why do we say that 101.231 is more precise instead of more accurate? As I can see, it is getting closer to the true value, right? Shouldn't it be accuracy instead of precision?
