That second shot is a looker. So maybe that is an indicator. I love the color

I fondly remember my kenwood stereo system from the 80s. All stacked up vertically in the case with the LP player up top.

Can you pull your shots using a bottomless portafilter? And explaining how to read the shot?

Will do!

I’d like to order your agent 99 and brew blend but I have a question. Is there a specific day all coffees are roasted and is it then mailed out the next day?
@onocoffee2 сағат бұрын
It’s typically once a week but not on any specific day - it more depends on the demand

My timemore grinder has a lot of static in the catch cup and around the tip where the grinds come out. Such a mess and I hate it.

I found static amount is highly dependent on the beans. Only if it's too extreme I use just 1 push on my spray. Usually I don't spray. I also use the fines knocker while grinding, continuously, so no clumps can form in the exit spout. Grinds usually look nice after that.

@ you don’t get static in the catch cup?

@@1101naomi After taking out the catch cup, I bop it with my trapzium (palm bone) 2-3 times. This usually detaches all the grounds from the catch cup. No shaking. Also when emptying the catch cup I also bop the bottom 1-2 times... works like a charm!

@@brmbltbr4 trapzium?lol. Are you doctor or physical therapist? I learned a new word today! I bop it too upon dumping out but I would prefer it not to be stuck on the insides of the cup and also not spray out. It does make a mess. But my house is super dry too.

@@1101naomi I actually looked that up just now so I could specify the correct bone... 🤣 If you bop it before turning and dumping it, there shouldn't be anything stuck inside, except for extreme cases.
