Why are you drawing pitching moment nose up clockwise direction? It is always negative in aerodynamics center counter-clockwise - nose down if we do not have a reflex airfoil. We try to overcome this pitching moment with the negative lift by deflecting elevator upward on the horizontal stabilizer to have positive pitching moment -nose up- for cruise flight?
